Delft Circuits Appoints Robby Ferdinandus as Global Chief Commercial Officer
Delft, Netherlands, September 16 2025 -- Delft Circuits, a leading provider in high-density connectivity solutions for quantum computers, today announces the appointment of Robby Ferdinandus as member of the Executive Board and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective September 22nd.
As global demand for Delft Circuits’ quantum infrastructure solutions accelerates, strengthening the commercial organization marks a crucial step in the company’s expansion strategy. To lead this effort, Delft Circuits has appointed Robby Ferdinandus as Chief Commercial Officer. Ferdinandus brings a unique mix of semiconductor industry expertise, entrepreneurial background, and proven leadership in building commercial teams.
Ferdinandus previously held senior commerical and P&L management roles at NXP and Nexperia, including global responsibility for Nexperia’s worldwide Logic business. Based in both the Netherlands and Silicon Valley, he led product promotion, sales management, and business creation across a $300 million portfolio. Ferdinandus has a great track record of advancing market positions through innovation and customer adoption.
In his new role, Ferdinandus will lead Global Sales and System Engineering, ensuring Delft Circuits’ innovations are seamlessly integrated into customer roadmaps. His appointment builds on the strong foundation created by Sander Arts, fractional CMO and seasoned technology advisor, and Frederik Schröder, sales executive and advisor based in Silicon Valley. Together they have already driven significant progress in marketing, sales, and business development worldwide, accelerating Delft Circuits’ presence with the industry’s largest quantum companies. With this momentum in place, Ferdinandus’ leadership adds further strength to the commercial team, helping Delft Circuits scale faster and deepen its partnerships across the global quantum ecosystem.
“We are at a pivotal moment for the quantum industry, with demand pushing past the limits of incumbent solutions. Bringing Robby on board strengthens our ability to meet this challenge head-on. His leadership and commercial expertise will help Delft Circuits accelerate adoption of Cri/oFlex and support customers as they scale to thousands of qubits,” said Daan Kuitenbrouwer, Co-Founder at Delft Circuits.
Commenting on his appointment, Ferdinandus said: “What excites me most about joining Delft Circuits is the opportunity to work directly with customers as they take on the challenge of scaling their quantum systems. I’m eager to get close to their teams, understand their toughest integration issues, and ensure Cri/oFlex delivers real value in their labs and data centers. This is hands-on work, and I look forward to rolling up my sleeves to make it happen.”
Ferdinandus will be attending the European Quantum Technology Conference (EQTC) in Copenhagen as well as Q2B Silicon Valley in Santa Clara, CA, where industry stakeholders can meet him in person.
