D-Wave Quantum announced yesterday its second quarter and first half financial results ending June 30, 2024. Second quarter revenue was $2.2 million, bookings were $2.7 million, GAAP gross profit was $1.4 million, GAAP operating expenses were $20.2 million, and net loss was $17.8 million. Revenue for the first half of fiscal year was $4.6 million, bookings were $7.2 million, GAAP gross profit was $3 million, GAAP operating expenses were $39.4 million, and net loss was $35.1 million.

Quantum computing startup Nord Quantique recently announced that its Co-Founder and CEO Philippe St-Jean will move into a new position with Chief Business Officer. Its Co-Founder and CTO, Julien Camirand Lemyre will take over as the new CEO. Marc-Antoine Lemonde, former Vice-President of Theory and Simulation, will take over from Julien as CTO.

This certification covers the application and security management systems of its quantum-based network cybersecurity software and hardware solutions. The ISO 27001 standard for information security management systems is one of the most widely recognized, rigorous, and internationally accepted information security standards in this field.
