Capgemini Will Collaborate With DARPA on a Research Project to Utilize Quantum Computing to Promote Energy Transition

Government solution developer Capgemini has recently announced that it has collaborated with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the United States to launch a new initiative to research the application of quantum computing in the field of carbon capture. It is understood that the goal of this research is to better understand the predictive features of materials by leveraging quantum simulation, and the research results will be applied to data-driven modeling for applications such as carbon capture and storage.
