Arqit Quantum Secures Share Purchase Agreement with Major Shareholder and Founders

Yesterday, the quantum security encryption company Arqit Quantum announced that its existing major shareholder, D2BW Limited, and two founders have agreed to purchase 1,241,379 ordinary shares from the company at a price of $0.725 per share, which was the closing price of its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq market on March 28, 2024.
