Scope AI Announces Acquisition of Quantum Resilience Entropy Technology From Ovryde

Canadian company Scope AI Corp. has announced that it has entered into a technology agreement with Ovryde Ltd. whereby Ovryde has agreed to transfer its ownership and rights relating to the delivery and application of quantum resilient entropy. Scope AI will pay Ovryde $400,000 on closing the transaction and issue Ovryde 2,800,000 common shares. The company said that quantum resilient entropy is an advanced security measure designed to protect data against the future threats posed by quantum computing.
