Paris, November 27, 2024 -- LightOn, a European leader in generative AI solutions for businesses, proudly announces the successful completion of its IPO on Euronext Growth Paris. The offering raised €11.9 million, with potential to reach €13.5 million upon full exercise of the over-allotment option. With strong investor demand totaling €15.2 million—1.5 times oversubscribed—the company now has a market capitalization of approximately €62 million.

The funds will accelerate LightOn’s growth, enabling team expansion and enhanced R&D for its flagship generative AI platform, Paradigm. Trading begins on November 26, 2024, under the ticker ALTAI-FR.
