Quanscient Acquires Kogsys to Augment Its Simulation Capabilities and Leadership

Tampere, Finland, April 02 2025 -- Quanscient, a leader in cloud-based multiphysics simulation technology and quantum algorithms, today announced the acquisition of Kogsys, a pioneering software company delivering a cloud-enabled explicit wave-propagation platform for biomedical, aerospace, and energy applications. This strategic acquisition will significantly strengthen Quanscient’s position as a global solution provider for simulation in key markets, augmenting their multiphysics platform with state-of-the art wave-propagation capabilities, and adding world-class expertise to their leadership team.

By combining Quanscient’s expertise in multiphysics simulations with Kogsys’ cutting-edge cloud GPU & TPU enabled technology, the company will be able to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions that address the most demanding engineering challenges across various industries. This acquisition will enable Quanscient to:
