As Phasecraft enter into their next stage of thoughtful growth which includes international evolution, growing their R&D team and expanding their industrial and commercial efforts, Phasecraft are delighted to announce two new additions to the team who joined over the summer: James Thadchanamoorthy as fractional Chief Financial Officer, and Meredith Bell as Vice President of Global Communications.

James brings extensive senior financial and commercial experience across both early-stage high-growth technology businesses and established cash-generating corporations. He has spent the last decade as CFO, working with high-potential businesses at pivotal stages of their development, providing strategic and operational guidance, supporting scaling, and managing the fundraising process, successfully unlocking both technology commercialization and international expansion. James’ experience spans across VC and PE-backed companies through to listed businesses, most recently as the CFO of Puraffinity and Luffy AI, where he has focused on building financial resilience and investor confidence during scale-up and rapid growth periods. At Phasecraft, his expertise will support their continued expansion following their recent $34 million Series B raise, as Phasecraft strengthen their ability to deliver practical quantum advantage to industry.

Meredith joins as VP of Global Communications, bringing deep global experience leading communications for companies pushing the boundaries of innovation. She joins from aerospace company Lilium, where she led the communications around the company’s IPO. Meredith also previously headed up communications for On, the fastest growing sports brand in the world, and corporate affairs for Starbucks in EMEA. She has held senior roles in-house and consultancies, shaping communications strategies for organisations' key stages in their growth trajectory, including international expansion. At Phasecraft, Meredith will lead their brand and communications efforts, sharing the story of how their hardware-agnostic quantum software is transforming fields such as material discovery, energy networks and drug development.
