BTQ Technologies Receives Approval to List on Nasdaq
VANCOUVER, BC, September 22 2025 -- BTQ Technologies Corp. (the "Company" or "BTQ") ("BTQ" or the "Company"), a global quantum technology company focused on securing mission-critical networks, is pleased to announce it has received approval to list its common shares (the "Common Shares") on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq"). Trading is expected to commence on Nasdaq under the symbol "BTQ" on Friday, September 26, 2025.
Upon commencement of trading on Nasdaq, the Company's Common Shares will cease to be quoted on the OTCQX. BTQ will continue to trade on the CBOE Canada and the Börse Frankfurt exchanges.

The Company's listing on Nasdaq remains subject to the satisfaction of all applicable listing and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, the effectiveness of its Form 40-F Registration Statement as filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
