In this context, Pasqal announces a new management structure that will accelerate the development and deployment of its technology.

Updated Management Structure to Support Technological and Commercial Excellence

• Loïc Henriet – Already serving as co-CEO of Pasqal, Loïc is now appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be directly responsible for Pasqal’s hardware and software technological developments as well as its overall operations. A key member of Pasqal since its beginning, Loïc completed his PhD at École Polytechnique.
• Wasiq Bokhari – Already serving as Chairman of the Board, Wasiq will take on a more operational role as he is appointed Executive Chairman, leading strategic initiatives, growth and ecosystem expansion. He brings to Pasqal his extensive experience in deploying and scaling disruptive technologies as an entrepreneur, VC, and while leading multiple strategic initiatives at Google and Amazon.
• Georges-Olivier Reymond – He will assume the key role of Chief Strategic Alliances Officer, tasked with strengthening relationships and implementing quantum programs with major customers and strategic partners. As one of Pasqal’s co-founders, Georges-Olivier is uniquely suited to serve as the company’s key ambassador within this role.

A Key Moment in Pasqal’s Expansion

This evolution in management is a continuation of the organizational structure established over the past year to support the company’s rapid growth and meet the demands of its international customers. With a rapidly growing demand volume and several major deployments underway, this transition will ensure faster project execution and enhanced collaboration.
