Vancouver, Canada -- January 30, 2025 -- The Adiabatic Quantum Computing (AQC) conference, a flagship event for global leaders in quantum technology, is set to take place in Canada from June 9 to 12, 2025. Cohosted by the University of British Columbia’s Blusson Quantum Matter Institute (UBC Blusson QMI) and D-Wave, a leader in quantum computing systems, software and services, the 2025 Adiabatic Quantum Computing (AQC) conference takes place from June 9 to 12 at UBC Vancouver, Canada.

Now in its 14th year, the AQC conference series stands as a premier annual event for the international quantum computing community. The 2025 conference features world-renowned speakers, dynamic panel discussions, and engaging keynotes exploring cutting-edge advancements and breakthroughs in the field.

Dr. Marcel Franz, Principal Investigator at UBC Blusson QMI and Professor in the UBC Department of Physics & Astronomy, alongside Dr. Richard Harris, Senior Experimental Physicist at D-Wave, will serve as the scientific co-chairs of the event.
