Honeywell Announces Quantinuum’s Confidential Submission of Draft Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
Charlotte, N.C., April 22, 2026 -- Honeywell today announced that Quantinuum LLC (“Quantinuum” or the “Company”), which is majority owned by Honeywell, confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on February 17, 2026, relating to the proposed initial public offering of Quantinuum’s common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market and other conditions and the completion of the SEC’s review process.
