The Technology Innovation Institute (TII), a leading global scientific research center and the applied research pillar of Abu Dhabi’s Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC), has announced a key advancement in quantum computing with the development of a new quantum optimization solver. The work makes significant strides toward the practical application of quantum computers by demonstrating how large-scale, combinatorial optimization problems can be addressed using just a few quantum bits (qubits).
